We are proud to be a recognized Solution Partner of SIEMENS Automation & Drives for the "Factory Automation" portfolio module and the Expert Module "BRAUMAT & SISTAR".
BRAUMAT Compact is based on the process control system SIMATIC PCS 7 and is specifically tailored to the needs of small to medium-sized plants. Innovative recipe control, flexible production planning, and the integration of all necessary functionalities in a modern production environment are combined in BRAUMAT Compact. For process optimization and productivity enhancement, the system offers all imaginable functions, intuitive operation and monitoring of the production area, as well as diagnostic functions on flexible, informative interfaces.
With PCS 7 V8.0, the development of BRAUMAT Compact has been discontinued, making it impossible to transition to current Windows versions. Given the perpetual threat of cybercrime, this situation poses risks. This fact motivated us to develop a proprietary solution that maintains the investment security of existing installations. Upgrades from existing systems (Windows 7/Server 2008 and older) to PCS 7 V9.x enable installation on current Windows versions. Compared to migrating to other process control systems, this is a very economical and low-risk option for transitioning to the current Windows environment.

BRAUMAT classic is the ideal solution when the complex processes of beverage production need to be mapped and controlled throughout the entire manufacturing process with a proven system that has been in use for decades.
With the visualization of individual production steps, the integrated fault notification system, and the modern user interface, the necessary control interventions of the operator are optimally implemented, supporting efficient operation.
Measurements, valves, pumps, and controllers are depicted in clear faceplates, allowing the operator to quickly and easily access the relevant process view. In accordance with the international standard for batch-oriented operation and batch control (ANSI/ISA-88.01), functions such as transitions, synchronizations, alternatives, and uncomplicated recipe creation are enabled.
The integrated Route Control System ensures the necessary connection of all route systems within the manufacturing process and enables the efficient control and monitoring of CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) processes. Regular maintenance and service work are comfortably and transparently supported with the associated engineering and testing tools, making tasks easier for both operators and maintenance personnel. Each operator station offers the advantage that changes, additions, and optimization measures can be directly integrated into ongoing work processes through innovative online engineering without production downtime.

One of the most advanced and optimally tailored process control systems for the Food & Beverage industry is the comprehensive solution, Plant iT, developed by ProLeiT AG. It is an object-oriented and PLC-based management system.
The modular concept allows for the adaptation of the entire system to new operational requirements. The Manufacturing Execution System (MES) goes beyond the boundaries of process stages and departments, offering simple and intuitive operation and enabling the creation of evaluations and reports for all types of devices.
International requirements are fully met through multilingual support and the consistent use of standard software (e.g., Microsoft operating systems and databases). Custom industry solutions do not need to be extensively programmed in this system. Parameter control provides customers with the greatest possible freedom and flexibility to optimize their own processes and workflows. Both the control hardware and licensing are transparent and scalable at every stage. Additional modules can be easily integrated, providing a secure investment for your operation.
