Testing of machines, electrical constructions and stationary resources

According to DGUV regulation 3, companies are obliged to check stationary equipment for proper function. Electrical constructions and stationary equipment must also undergo a repeat test after a specified period of time. This period is determined on the basis of a risk assessment of the construction. Your systems are primarily checked and re-commissioned in the German speaking countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) by our specially trained specialist staff.

Stationary electrical equipment includes fixed or, due to their mass and a lack of carrying device, equipment that is not easily movable. Even those that are only temporarily fixed and are operated via movable connecting cables (see also VDE 0100-200 sections 826-16-06 and 826-16-07). As a Stationary electrical equipment, for example, stand drills, presses, lifts, cranes and similar.

The electrical constructions are tested on the basis of the following DIN standards:

Inspect

The inspection is always required during a test. It uses conscious, critical observation to determine the condition of the test object and whether it has obvious defects that impair safety.

At the beginning of the check, we test all necessary documents for completeness and conclusiveness, such as: circuit diagrams, technical documentation and test reports of past checks.

Furthermore, we compare the existing documentation with the examinee, for example, if changes and / or enhancements have been documented.

Test

Depending on the type of test object and the function of its components, testing is required. This is done by operating and loading the switchgear and control elements by hand (manual test) or in connection with the operation of the test object (functional test). In addition, it is tested whether the safety components function as intended.

Measure

The measuring process is to be designed depending on the type of test object and the test task. With the help of suitable measuring equipment, certain properties or characteristics of the test object are determined which can not be detected by inspection, but are necessary for the assessment of safety.
